Where to look
Settings → Billing shows the current plan and usage. Limits apply only to Duvento Cloud. Self-hosted has no in-app caps.
What is counted
- Users — active members plus pending invitations
- Clients — client records in the workspace
- Assets — asset records
- SSL checks — scheduled certificate lookups in the billing period
- Reminder emails — reminder messages sent in the billing period
Current Cloud plans
Solo $15/month or $150/year: 1 user, 25 clients, 500 assets, 500 SSL checks, 1,000 reminder emails. Agency $39/$390: 3 / 100 / 2,500 / 2,500 / 5,000. Pro Agency $99/$990: 10 / 300 / 10,000 / 10,000 / 20,000. Scale $249/$2,490: 25 / 1,000 / 50,000 / 50,000 / 100,000. There is no free Cloud plan.
A warning appears from 90% of a limit. Going over users, clients, or assets makes the workspace read-only for new writes until you are back under the cap or upgrade. Existing records stay visible.
