Owners connect Telegram in workspace integrations. Duvento does not ship a bot and has no Telegram OAuth. You create a bot with Telegram’s BotFather, paste the bot token, then send this to the bot (or add it to a group):
/startUse Find chat or paste a chat id. Connect sends a test message. Connect, find-chat, and test are limited to 8 requests per minute per workspace.
What triggers a message
The same deadline reminder thresholds as email. Disconnect stops chat reminders. Bot token and chat id are stored encrypted. The Telegram HTTP client does not retry failed sends. The token is sent in the Bot API URL, so do not assume it never appears in infrastructure logs. Treat it as a secret.
