Who can invite
Owners and Admins, from Settings → Team. Pending invitations count toward the user limit on Cloud plans.
Send an invite
Enter an email and a role. The person receives a link valid for 7 days. Inviting the same pending email again issues a new token and resets the expiry. There is no separate Resend button. Revoke removes a pending invite.
First login
If they have no account, registration from the invite link joins that workspace. If they already have an account, accepting the invite adds the membership. They land in the workspace they were invited to and see clients, assets, and the dashboard according to their role.
