Export
Owners and Admins export clients, assets, and activity as UTF-8 CSV. Asset export respects the filters on the assets list. Members and Viewers cannot export.
This is not a full workspace backup. Tickets, team members, reminder rules, API tokens, webhook settings, billing records, and attachments are not in the CSV.
Cloud → self-hosted
Export clients and assets, install self-hosted Duvento, import clients, then import assets. Custom types must exist before asset rows that use them. Activity CSV does not import. Imports are capped at 500 rows per file, so large workspaces need multiple files.
