Export
CSV of clients, assets, and activity. That is not a full backup (tickets, users, reminder rules, API/webhook settings, and billing are omitted). Import on another instance supports clients and assets only, 500 rows per file. See Exporting your data.
Delete
Deleting your account removes the user and every workspace where you are the only Owner. That includes clients, assets, invites, and logs in those workspaces. Tickets owned by the user are removed with the user. Billing history at WayForPay is not a Duvento CSV.
Clearing the activity log (Owner) empties the log without deleting clients or assets. There is no in-app “delete only this workspace” button.
